My daughter and I came to Cadboro Bay Optometry to find new glasses for my daughter after she broke her old pair. We had checked out a few places around town, but nothing really stood out until we came here. Kim Sin, the optician, helped us out and honestly made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. He was super patient and brought out tons of different frames for my daughter to try to match what she liked. He didn't rush us at all and made sure my daughter felt totally comfortable and confident picking the right one. Once she found a pair she loved, he also walked us through all the lens options and explained everything really clearly. My daughter is so happy with her new glasses, and we're really thankful for his help. We'll definitely be coming back next time we need a new pair!
